Téarmaí agus Coinníollacha
1. Foras na bhFocal will issue a free, non-binding price quote for each project once the documents to be translated have been received.
2. The client must sign and approve the agreed price quote and terms via email before work can commence.
3. A deposit of 10% must be paid before the work commences (apart from Local Authorities or State Companies). The balance of the bill must be paid within an agreed timeframe as part of the contract.
4. If there is any dispute between a client and Foras na bhFocal, every effort will be made to resolve this between the two parties.

3. Ní mór éarlais 10% a íoc roimh thús na hoibre (seachas Údaráis Áitiúla nó Comhlachtaí Stát). Ní mór an bille a ghlanadh taobh istigh d’amchlár comhaontaithe mar chuid den chonradh.
4. Má tá aon amhras faoi aon chuid den aistriúchán, déanfar gach iarracht chun é a réiteach go sásúil idir an chliant agus Foras na bhFocal.
